Job Description

:

In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of mechanical engineering projects to clients or internal project teams. We are looking for you if you can:

  • Understand client requirements and aspirations to identify and agree scopes of work.
  • Deliver high quality work to agreed timescales and budgets.
  • Ideally, have good knowledge of at least two of the following rolling stock areas, and the desire and ability to develop your knowledge within other areas:Bogies and suspension.Wheelsets.Bearings and transmissions.Braking systems and performance.Door systems.Couplers and gangways.Corrosion repairs and fabrication.Engines.Train maintenance and fleet management.
