Your Job

The Principal SI/PI Engineer is the company’s technical authority for signal and power integrity in high-speed interconnect systems.
This role owns the end-to-end SI/PI architecture across die, package, PCB, connector, and system levels, drives resolution of the most complex integrity challenges, and defines methodologies, standards, and technology roadmap for next-generation interconnects for 200G/lane application.

What You Will Do

  • Define and maintain company-level SI & PI design methodologies, guidelines, and review processes.
  • Act as technical decision owner for critical SI/PI issues and root-cause analysis.
  • Lead full-channel SI modelling and optimization from Die → Package → PCB → Connector → System
  • Own SI analysis for 28G–224G SerDes, including insertion loss, crosstalk, eye diagram, jitter, and BER
  • Ensure compliance with OIF-CEI, IEEE 802.3 and other high-speed interface standards
