Opportunity Description
Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Principal Engineer for an Onsite position with a Leading Biotechnology Company located in Thousand Oaks, CA. This is a 36+ month contract opportunity.
This role supports Clinical and Commercial Plant Automation programs and Capital projects within the Facilities & Engineering Automation team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various automation platforms, integration between different systems, and experience in the lifecycle management of manufacturing process controls and instrumentation technologies within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support automation capital project software development testing and commissioning activities
- Support day to day operations of the plant for automation related issues including on-call rotation every 7-8 weeks
