**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

The Principal Product Manager provides application technology expertise and direction in the application development or implementation of highly complex/enterprise wide cross functional programs or projects. May lead to resolution of highly complex problems.

The Principal Product Manager works on multiple projects, engaged in enterprise wide projects and a team member or sometimes as team leaders. Acts as subject matter expert for multiple areas.

Essential Functions:

+ Defines and manages the roadmap and deployment of multiple large and enterprise level product development initiatives within the portfolio
+ Owns responsibility for key performance indicators and financial metrics for each product
+ Defines criteria for prioritization of all stakeholder needs for each product
