Principal Product Manager - Tech, CRRE

The Customer Reliability and Resilience Engineering (CRRE) organization is transforming how Amazon approaches availability and operational excellence across the Stores and Digital organizations. CRRE's mission is to improve the customer experience by ensuring the Retail Experience is always indistinguishable from delightful through two core mechanisms: (1) preventing customer impacting incidents from happening in the first place, and (2) minimizing customer impact when they do occur.
