Principal Program Manager

Job Description
This role is to provide program support for a high-performing, fast-paced Growth/PLG leadership team that drives data-driven strategy across the organization. Program management serves as a critical driver in driving cross-functional teams, Exec reporting associated with OKR targets, and a data science team with an ambitious strategic roadmap.
Duties
Planning, Scheduling, and Execution: Create and update parallel program frameworks and timelines, manage execution, ensure alignment on milestones, identify and manage dependencies, and mitigate risks
Coordination and Communication: Provide clear, concise, and regular updates to leadership, stakeholders, and team members, facilitate cross-functional team meetings, drive priority and act as a liaison among contributing teams.
