What you’ll do:

As a Estimator, you will review client email briefs, interpret production requirements, and generate competitive and consistent pricing. The role supports the sales team by ensuring fast turnaround times, accuracy in quotations, and reliable cost structures across customers.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Estimation & Pricing

• Review and interpret client briefs received via email to create accurate quotes
• Prepare cost estimates based on print production requirements
• Apply knowledge of print production processes to ensure accurate costing
• Understand and apply knowledge of paper types, weights, and sizes
• Assess print finishing processes such as binding, laminating, cutting, and other production requirements
• Create consistent pricing structures for customers
• Maintain and sort historical pricing data for reference and consistency
