Black & Grey HR is hiring a Live-in Chef for an executive and his family based in Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Arabic and Indian cuisines with a flair for creating healthy, flavorful and beautifully presented dishes suited to family-style dining.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the CEO and family members as per their preferences.
- Create and plan weekly menus incorporating Arabic and Indian dishes.
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene, presentation and taste at all times.
- Manage kitchen inventory, groceries and stock levels efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Cater to dietary restrictions and health-conscious meal requests when required.
- Occasionally prepare meals for guests and small gatherings at the residence.
