The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters with appropriate supervision depending on experience
• Advising clients on wills, probate, and estate administration
• Handling Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
• Providing inheritance tax and estate planning advice
• Drafting wills, trusts, and related legal documentation
