Private Equity Associate (Buyout Fund; prefers IB experience)

Role Overview

The Investment Associate will play a critical role in end-to-end deal execution, with a strong emphasis on control-oriented investments across industries . • Lead detailed financial modelling and valuation analysis , including LBO modelling, returns attribution, and scenario analysis.
• Drive end-to-end execution workstreams : due diligence coordination (commercial, financial, legal), data room management, and advisor engagement.
