Job Description:
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Support the analysis of current finance processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in mapping end-to-end processes using tools such as Visio, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation, including SOPs and controlled process libraries.
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analysing data to support process insights and decision-making.
- Help prepare reporting packs, presentations, and KPI dashboards.
- Coordinate with finance teams to schedule workshops, testing sessions, and feedback discussions.
- Assist in preparing training materials, user guides, and change communication documentation.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification.
- Support the adoption of new systems, tools, and process methodologies.
