Process Engineering & Manufacturing Excellence

• Monitor & Optimize lens casting and curing process to improve productivity, yield and consistency.
• Analyse manufacturing defects and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce rejection levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to polymerisation, curing cycles, and process standardisation.
• Support implementation of lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies across production operations.
• Ensure process parameters are monitored and controlled through statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve operational efficiency and process reliability
