Opportunity Description
REQUIREMENTS
- National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive and engineering, with premium wrapping/ sewing machines, including extensive knowledge of material qualities, is advantageous
- FMEA and RFMEA development and maintenance
- BOM management and auditing
- Problem-solving methodology (8D Tool, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Good MS Word and MS Excel skills
- Technically skilled in product and process design, such as FMEA, Takt time and ergonomics
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- International mindset, with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- English required; other languages are a plus
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to the company's code of ethics and code of management
- Team player
