Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model for safety, adhering to and promoting safe work practices throughout the production area.
- Make decisions focused on maintaining and improving the quality of products.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in accordance with company policies.
- Understand, follow, and enforce company safety policies and procedures, proactively identifying and addressing unsafe conditions and behaviors.
- Support effective Daily Operation Meetings (DOM) by actively participating, engaging teams, and providing leadership in problem‑solving.
- Master and coach teams in Daily Direction Setting (DDS) zero‑loss flow chart methodology and its practical application.
