Process Engineering Lead

**What You'll Be Doing**

**Job Scope:** The Process Engineering Lead is generally responsible for performing all aspects for complete designs of process engineering assignments. This work will be performed under minimal supervision with a regular on‑site presence in Kingsport, TN

**Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:**

+ Develop and implement project specific process design execution plans to ensure efficient and effective project execution
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including all engineering disciplines, project managers, operations, and procurement
+ Participate in process safety design activities including PHAs, LOPAs, change management, and plant pre-startup safety planning
+ Forecast, monitor, and report actual progress for process discipline activities, including management of labor hours and completion of deliverables
