Process Lead - Refinery

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Refinery APU Lead you will support the delivery of the Refinery’s performance objectives within Quality, Environment, Safety & Health (QESH); cost management; technical budget delivery; engineering reliability and compliance; continuous improvement, housekeeping, capability, and team development. The role is integral to ensuring optimal daily performance whilst continuing to drive improvement activity.

Core Accountabilities

Safety leadership: developing a culture leading to zero lost time injuries and the delivery of all elements aligned with business goals.

Develop a people plan in your area with clear focus on leading, coaching and motivating a flexible and capable team who embody the British Sugar values and leadership model.
