Process Line Leader

Purpose of Position:

Oversees a specific process as can also actively participate in completing process steps. The process lead person in addition to having specific work tasks will also provide direction, instructions and guidance as needed to a group of individuals for the purpose of achieving the production and quality goals for specific work center or group of work centers. Key Responsibilities:

Enforce all safety rules and company policies

Communicate work order priorities to the process team

Assure that all operations and processes are being performed as intended

Ensure efficiency and quality in the manufacture and assembly of finished goods

Assure that all quality checks are being performed

Assure that each operation or process output meets quality and productivity requirements
