Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Lead lithography process capability and continuous improvement initiatives to meet manufacturing quality and yield targets.
- Drive process stability, defect reduction, and yield improvement for wafer fabrication lithography operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including NPI, Manufacturing, Equipment, and Yield to support production ramp and productivity improvement.
- Provide technical leadership for lithography process control, troubleshooting, and resolution of process-related issues.
- Lead resource planning and capability development to strengthen the lithography engineering team.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 7 years of experience in wafer fab lithography process engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge in lithography processes including overlay, CD control, exposure, and defect management.
