Process Safety Engineer

Salary: Up to $5000 basic (Depending on experience)

Location: Tuas – Company transport provided from various MRT

Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

Develop technical studies to support process implementation in the plant, including evaluation of plant capacity, process conditions, and other influencing variables.

Champion Process Safety excellence in accordance with the PSM 14 elements.

Develop Process Engineering Packages, including P&ID, PFD, equipment specifications, electrical specifications, material and energy balances, and DCS control logic.

Review Risk Assessment Screenings and participate in Management of Change (MOC) and design safety review processes.

Lead and manage PHA–HAZOP programs, including tracking and follow-up of recommendations.
