Processing Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Facilitates screening patients by checking the test results based on the allowable values and recommends screening status whether passed or failed in accordance with the client’s guidelines.
• Evaluate completeness of medical requirements for “Fit for Sea Duty” recommendation.
• Prepare medical reports and endorsement letters for unfit PEME cases.
• Coordinate with departments to secure test results and support patient screening.
• Prepare monthly census and PEME monitoring reports.
• Address patient inquiries and elevate complaints received through social media platforms.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Healthcare, Allied Health, or any related field.
• Experience in PEME processing, medical screening, or healthcare administration is an advantage.
