Processing Officer – Urgent Hiring

Job Summary

The Processing Officer plays a critical role in executing the end-to-end business setup process. This includes managing documentation, submitting applications, and coordinating with government authorities and free zones to ensure smooth and timely processing of trade licenses, company formations, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• License Processing & Company Formation
  • Prepare and process trade license applications, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate with relevant government authorities (e.g., DED, Free Zones, DMCC, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.) for application submissions.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents and forms.
• Document Management
  • Collect, verify, and maintain client documents required for license processing.
  • Track application progress and maintain updated records on CRM and internal systems.
