Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence in equipment usage, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee high-productivity processes & perform preventative/corrective maintenance. Lead technical improvements in machine optimization, maintenance systems, and cost-saving ideas. Implement company policies, troubleshoot moulding issues, and mentor employees. Liaise with toolroom for mould/machine requirements. Requirements:
