As a Procurement Admin at Legendary Hong Kong Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's supply chain operations. In this full-time position based in the Jurong Port West Region, you will be responsible for a range of procurement-related tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of goods and services to the business.

• Handle local and overseas sourcing (including Taobao) and procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services
• Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages
• Maintain supplier database and vendor relationships
• Prepare reports and analytics to help inform procurement decisions
