Overview
The Operation teams at SPX Express covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Scope includes Payment, Incentive and Penalty calculation, Logistics performance monitor, Operation planning.
Job Description- Extract, reconcile and report the billing data of agencies utilising SQL monthly
- Design and change billing logic according to business process changes, new initiative or other changes
- Ad Hoc data support and dashboard building for P&L analysis and Operations KPI
- Assist full-cycle projects on data acquisition, data cleaning, data analysis and data visualisation
- Streamline billing SOP and communicate the SOP between internal and external stakeholders
