Position: Procurement Buyer – Events

Salary: 6000 AED

Location: Dubai, UAE

The Procurement Buyer – Events is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required for events and projects. The role ensures that all materials, equipment, and services are procured on time, within budget, and in compliance with company policies and quality standards. The position supports the events team in delivering successful and cost-effective events.

• Issuing Purchase Orders (approximately 30–40 per month)
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers and DWTC staff)
• Managing basic contract processes
• Preparing reports and tracking procurement activities
• Using Excel and Word for data management
• Maintaining clear communication (English) with all parties
