Procurement Executive, Scrap Management (Management Trainee)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end process of scrap material disposal across all company sites.
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure efficient handling.
• Ensure environmentally responsible and compliant disposal practices.
• Identify and engage certified scrap buyers and recyclers.
• Conduct bid analysis to determine optimal pricing and timing for scrap sales.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize financial returns from scrap.
• Maintain accurate records of scrap transactions and prepare reports on sales, trends, and value recovery metrics.
• Support internal audits and collaborate with finance, logistics, and other functional teams.
