Procurement Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manage transactional support activities including document indexing, Oracle system set‑ups, and price updates.
• Provide assistance through the Copeland Supplier Portal, including registration processing, internal and external training, responding to inquiries, and creating Advance Shipping Notices.
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers to collect information required for surveys and other supply chain initiatives.
• Support business continuity and collaborate with other Procurement teams to achieve organizational goals.
