Protege Trainee – Procurement (Ref. No. R )

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (On Site)

Responsibilities

• Support the Category Buyer team in supplier review and supplier onboarding for the APAC Region.
• Review the supplier database and cross‑check completeness of supplier information with respect to the compliances set by the group.
• Work with Category buyers and suppliers to collate and upkeep supplier information in the e‑portal.
• Help review mapping of applicable framework agreements and suggest its viability in the APAC region.
• Track and share local framework and local agreement validity.
• Manage quotation catalogue on cloud server.
• Consolidate price‑list with suppliers based on Category Manager inputs.
• Organise and maintain supplier data in procurement tools.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the category and process & tool team to improve overall efficiency.
