Opportunity Description
- Product includes battery cells for Power Tools (PT), Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE), Battery Backup Unit (BBU).
- Design Review & Standardization for quality improvement including yield & productivity.
- Support quality trouble investigations including cell performance risks assessment.
- Perform cell analysis for cell design verification & evaluation or defect root cause investigation. Analyse engineering tests results.
- Perform task or project assigned and to guide and lead new assistant engineers or technicians.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Materials Engineering / Physics / Chemistry.
- 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, project management skills, and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active.
