About Us

LBP Development is a small software company based in Turku, focused on advanced 3D visualization and rendering technologies. We work closely with international teams and users in architecture, design, and engineering, building tools used in demanding creative and technical workflows.

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with front-end development skills and an interest in improving product onboarding, usability, and adoption.

The Role

This role combines interface design, UX thinking, and hands‑on implementation. You will help improve the experience of our web‑based products and user journeys — from first impressions and onboarding flows through to day‑to‑day usability.

We are particularly interested in someone who understands how to analyze and improve evaluation and adoption funnels: identifying friction points, testing ideas, and helping users successfully reach value quickly.
