Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Product Development (PD) Manager to join our dynamic Sales and Product Development team. This role is ideal for candidates with an agricultural background and a passion for developing innovative varieties that meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities
• planning seasonal trials by crop and geographical area, preparing field maps, allocating seeds, and coordinating logistics.
• Conduct hands-on fieldwork, including planting at grower’s fields, weighing fruits, documenting data, and capturing field observations through photos.
