Product Formulation and Development Officer

We are seeking aProduct Formulation and Development Officerto lead the development and improvement of product formulations in theFMCG or non-food industry, based inManila. This role is responsible for researching ingredients, testing formulations, ensuring product stability and compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams from concept to commercialization.

• Develop and optimize formulations for new and existing products based on performance, cost, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct laboratory testing, stability studies, and sensory evaluations.
• Source and evaluate raw materials in coordination with the purchasing and QA teams.
• Work closely with marketing, production, and QA teams to align product specs and timelines.
• Document all R&D procedures and maintain technical data sheets and formulation records.
• Ensure compliance with local and international product safety and labeling standards.
