Job Description

The Product Lead is accountable for the end-to-end stewardship of the product portfolio across all stages of the product life cycle. The role champions consistent, reliable, and customer‑centric product experiences that drive sustainable business outcomes, ensuring strong alignment between customer value, commercial performance, and enterprise priorities.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the product portfolio, driving adoption, value maximization, optimization, and timely retirement of products.
• Partner closely with Customer‑Facing Units (CFUs) to define product strategy, value propositions, channels, and distribution approaches aligned to target customer segments.
