- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: concept, requirements, launch, and post-launch optimisation.
- Define product vision, scope, and success metrics aligned with strategic objectives.
- Maintain and prioritise product roadmap and backlog with senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Central contact for Technology, UX/UI, Marketing, CRM, Payments, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders: game providers, platform vendors, payment services, KYC/AML suppliers, and regulators bodies.
