Job :
Scope of work covers the following:
Design and production of online products (web and mobile): functional scope, prototyping of pages, expression of need (strong ROI component), etc.
Enhancing the already existing products
Product development monitoring: connection between the project stakeholders (technical, graphic, animation / moderation, etc.) and functional teams.
Support in creating innovative design ideas: preparation of marketing briefs for the creation of promotional elements (landing pages, banner ads, newsletters, etc.) in cooperation with Acquisition teams.
Reporting and analysis: monitoring and analyzing product related performance, measurement of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.
Constant optimization of customer journeys, UX and flow while respecting the constraints of profitability, ergonomics and accessibility and benchmark of competitors.
