The ideal candidate has a proven track record in transforming services into scalable, software-driven offerings with APIs, orchestration, and self-service, and hands-on experience building and scaling infrastructure services centric Platform Based Services (PBS) — especially in Generative AI and agentic transformation.

Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the strategic product roadmap for Platform Based Services (PBS) across Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace, Managed Networks, and AI platforms.
- Align product vision with market trends, customer demands, and AI-enabled digital transformation.
