As a Senior Product Manager in our Product Operations & Initiatives team, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the effectiveness of our product function, ensuring we meet regulatory standards and deliver value to our clients.What you’ll be doing:

Managing the delivery of the annual Assessment of Value and Consumer Duty Value for Money assessments

Supporting the design and improvement of operational processes across the Product team

Coordinating product lifecycle reviews and tracking resulting actions

Collaborating with Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit to implement governance frameworks

Preparing and enhancing management information and reporting for committees and boards
