Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, development, and optimization of company products, including web and mobile platforms.
- Work closely with product, design, development, operations, and business teams to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Support the preparation of product requirement documents, user flows, wireframes, and related product documentation.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify product improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical teams to follow up on product development progress, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Monitor product performance, user behavior, and operational data to support product decisions and improvements.
