Position: SME Product Manager – Digital Lending

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in SME Lending, Product Management, Digital Lending, or Financial Services
• Experience in SME lending and digital financial products will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SME products and SBP SME schemes (Conventional/Digital)
• Drive product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for SME digital lending solutions
• Design and optimize end-to-end digital customer journeys including onboarding, underwriting, disbursement, and collections
• Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Operations, IT, and Compliance teams
