Product Owner / Business Analyst

Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities): looking for a skilled Product Owner / Business Analyst to work closely with business, technology, and data teams to deliver data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into clear product requirements, managing the product backlog in an Agile environment, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and analytical outcomes

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria


• Manage, groom, and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment


• Work closely with data and analytics teams to define data requirements, KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs


• Support and actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
