Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Translate the Business Owner’s strategies into tasks for development
• Break epics into user stories
• Arrange and prioritize sprints
• Evaluate progress at each stage of development
• Stay accessible and answer the Development Team’s questions about the reasoning for user stories or tasks
• Serve as a liaison between product and development, similar to a Scrum Master
