- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of the Software & IoT portfolio across consumer, SME, and enterprise markets
- Manage and mentor product managers overseeing productivity tools, smart home solutions, IoT devices, and digital collaboration platforms
- Drive portfolio growth and profitability through effective pricing, business cases, and build-versus-partner decisions
- Collaborate with IT, Enablement, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product Partners to deliver scalable products and successful go-to-market strategies
- Identify emerging technology trends and optimize product performance to enhance customer value, adoption, and long-term business impact
