Role Overview

Provide pre-sales technical support for logistics automation and intelligent manufacturing solutions. Work closely with sales teams to analyze customer requirements, design technical solutions, prepare proposals and bids, deliver product demonstrations, and support solution implementation. Provide technical training and feedback to internal teams and customers.
