Product Specialist (Architects & Civil Engineers)

As a Product Specialist for Orama and ADL at Focus Global, you will be part of a team who transforms ordinary living spaces into luxurious abodes. We are seeking a highly motivated and persistent individual who can build, cultivate, and maintain the brand's customer base, as well as complete various tasks necessary to meet the brand's sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate key clients for the different brands and products in the portfolio to expand its client base
• Present sales proposals to prospective clients, partner architects, and designers to increase business opportunities
• Provide exceptional sales and after-sales service by preparing accurate product quotations, efficiently placing and monitoring orders, and resolving customer queries
• Continuously develop client relationships to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Predict potential sales by analyzing market and business trends
