Job Description
The role involves a range of responsibilities including:
- Fleet Portal
- Sort customer asset list and extract details/data needed for fleet list creation.
- Map parts based on extracted data.
- Upload fleet list.
- Update and maintain assets in the fleet portal.
- Extract usable data from the fleet portal.
- Generate critical spares lists.
- Generate asset and parts lists from customer data.
- Tally parts per major component category.
- Tally models per category (Auto, Truck & HDAG).
- Narrow parts choices per model, removing duplicates of major A/C components.
- Service Kits
- List parts from OE catalogs (position, quantity, price, description).
- Create new part numbers for OE-only parts.
