Product Specialist Trainee (Portuguese speaker)

As a Product Specialist Trainee at Roche, you will provide specialized remote technical and applications support to users of our analyzers in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines. You will maintain excellent communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with customers to ensure rapid resolution of issues or requests. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work remotely while also collaborating with colleagues in the office.
