Job Summary
Our client, a multinational manufacturing company based in Jebel Ali Dubai is looking for a Product Support Engineer. This position plays a key role in regional customer support and acts as a vital link between customers, distributors, and manufacturing facilities in Europe and Asia. As part of a small and dynamic regional team, you will report directly to the Product Support Supervisor and take ownership of a wide range of technical and customer-focused responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and distributors across the Middle East and Africa, both remotely and on‑site when required.
- Assess, register, analyse, and resolve warranty claims from the region.
- Communicate with factories regarding service and warranty matters.
- Investigate field issues and prepare technical reports with findings and recommendations.
