MiniMed is seeking a Customer Support Specialist at its Global Diabetes Capability Center in Manila. The role focuses on assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and documenting recurring problems to support quality programs and product development.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer product inquiries, issues or malfunctions via telephone or chat sessions.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns raised during training, product use, or malfunctioning products, and software applications, recommending corrective action.
- Document customer information, troubleshooting steps, and recurring product issues to support product quality programs and product development.
- Perform administrative and clerical support to team members, providing instructions and guidance to junior individuals.
