Production Assistant Manager Plant 3

Integrate production activities at Plant 3 according to the schedule established by the PPIC.

Regularly evaluate production quantity and quality for each section.

Coordinate with PPIC to ensure product tank and product availability.

Coordinate with other departments (Quality Control, Maintenance, SCM, and Utilities) to support production success and minimize downtime.

Evaluate the performance of each section (#100-#700 Plant-1 or 2, #100-2, #700 Plant-3) and manage manpower within the production department.

Distribute the Plant Overhaul plan to relevant departments (Maintenance, Utilities, SCM).

Conduct risk assessments for each section.

Evaluate planned process changes (line modifications, line additions) to ensure smooth production

Control equipment availability to support environmentally friendly production processes.
