**Job Posting: Production Operator (Contract / Seasonal)**
**Location:** Salisbury, MD _(Plant-Based)_
**Pay Rate:** $20.00 / hour
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday (Rotating Shifts required; must be available every day of the assignment timeframe)
**Position Type:** Full-Time Temporary / Contract
**Role Summary**
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Operator to assist our manufacturing team with a high-volume material transfer project. This role is highly physical and requires working in a single station for most of the day, manually transferring batch materials while strictly following safety and quality guidelines. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for an individual with a strong work ethic to gain experience in a regulated manufacturing facility.
